Calendar of Events

Each group should be represented at all regularly scheduled meetings

(see below) by the delegate or a designated member of their group. Failure to be represented will result in a fine of $5.00 to be paid by the Panhellenic representative. An individual in JAAPA, who does not have an alumnae association in this area, will not be required to pay $5.00 fine if she notifies the president before the meeting.

Business meetings will be held at noon on Panhellenic row at the Millsaps campus.

The annual dues of fifty dollars ($50) per fraternity with a local Alumnae Association.

Those independent representatives, who are not backed by a local association, will have a dues fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) per year. Annual dues shall be due and payable on or before October 31 of each year. A fraternity shall be fined twenty dollars ($20) and become inactive if its dues have not been paid by October 31st.
